Montevideo baby!

My first week in montevideo was awesome! I'm sharing a house with a very nice girl from germany, Marie, and Daan from Holland. Daan has probably invented the word crazy, i've never met anybody similar. Also started the volunteering, the kids (it's actually weird to call them kids, because some of them are 20-something) are adorable. Most of them have serious mental issues and drawing and playing games can be a real task for them. I feel so freaking fortunate for having such a great childhood. The one thing they really miss is somebody to hug them and give them a little love and care. For example; on tuesdays their parents are welcome to come and  visit them, but they just don't show up. Every tuesday the kids get so exited and every time it's just a bigass dissapointment. Apart from this i'm having an amazing time meeting people from all over the wold, it's weird experiencing that i can relate to people that have such different lifes than i do!
